Great office and staff. Very friendly. Reassured me that I wasn't too old for braces!!

As I walked in there was a looming threat over my head I was terrified and held my knee's to my chest in the waiting room and when I heard then call "SOPHIE!" in a sing song voice I wondered how anyone could be happy. I didn't want braces. No braces. NO BRACES!!!! I murmured. When we walked into Mrs. Jenn's room my head was pounding and my heart was beating so fast I swear it was trying to escape. Then she looked at the digital picture of my teeth and pondered. She said we will need to get these two teeth pulled a palette ex-pander and braces. My head was spinning the only clear thought was I will have braces and glasses. My eyes welled up. She launched into a huge explanation. Lets make sure Dr. Johnson agrees. A tiny glimmer of hope made me lift my hanging head. "Okay" I whispered. He walked in and took a look. He confirmed Mrs. Jenn's thoughts. Then we walked out and I pulled back my tears until we got in the car. Then I let them loose. I cried and sobbed. Then I tried to keep it out of my head. Then I went in to get my spacers. They said it wouldn't hurt. So I went in and they popped it in. It didn't hurt at all!!!!!!!! So I bravely lifted my head and got my mom and stopped at Mrs. Jenn's room. I got a reward card that I now realize unlocks this!! I realized this place wasn't half bad and as I left I felt HAPPY!!! So I have no doubt now that if I push my fears to the outer corners of earth where they can't reach me then I can walk in to the orthodontist with my head high. I don't need to feel scared when I have all these wonderful people on staff that can help me and ensure my safety through my journey with braces.

yesterday i got braces!!! I was a little nervous but Autumn (worker) did a great job and so did dr. Johnson!!! They are great!!!

We had the best experience with Dr Hanigan and his staff. I can't wait to get my braces on. Everyone was so nice and made me feel so comfortable. Top Notch !!

I absolutely love this place! The people are really nice and their customer service quality is great! I used Invisalign through them and now my teeth are straight. Definitely my favorite orthodontist so far!
Dr.Johnson is very sweet because he call my mom on Thursday when i got my braces.
Hanigan Orthodontics has been amazing to me with helping me straighten out my teeth. I used them back in highschool with regular braces and have been using Invisalign since then to help fix a jaw problem and realign my smile. I've been very thankful for Dr. Hanigan and also Dr. Johnson with their help and support and will definitely recommend this practice to anyone in the area.
I don't usually like dentist, but this was a great experience! Everyone was nice and kind. In general it was amazing!
This was my first time ever going to an orthodontist office, I was very excited. Mrs. Jenn is the lady who helped us, she was very nice and explained everything clearly to me. I really like how they showed us a tour and how we got to meet both Dr. Hannigan and Dr. Johnson. They are both very nice. I'm excited and can't wait to get started with my braces! There was nothing with the office and staff that I didn't feel uncomfortable with.
